This is a legal agreement between you and ZenMix. By installing the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.
ZenMix does not require an account to access core features. If future features require an account, you'll be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
ZenMix offers both free and paid services. If you choose a subscription or lifetime plan is offered, the payment will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to their respective store policies.
The "Lifetime" purchase is defined as access to the version of the App and all its premium content for as long as the App is supported by the developer. This purchase is platform-specific and cannot be transferred between iOS and Android.
All audio content, including but not limited to Binaural Beats, Ambient Textures, and Field Recordings, are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use.
Personal meditation, sleep aid, focus during work, private relaxation.
Resale of audio files, broadcasting in public spaces for a fee, reverse engineering the App.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZenMix, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold ZenMix harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
ZenMix is a wellness tool, not a medical device. We do not provide medical advice or sleep therapy. Always consult with a licensed physician for any health concerns or chronic insomnia.
